Job Description
- Provide general application and technical support for basic equipment together with the Application & Support team.
- Deliver product application support via technical hotline, customer visits, and product training sessions.
- Support Sales, Application, and Business Development teams in translating technical capabilities into market-oriented solutions.
- Collaborate with Global Marketing and Business Development to develop application materials and sales content that strengthen the sales force.
- Develop product applications and prepare application notes / technical documents to promote effective usage models for internal teams and customers.
- Analyze customer requirements and propose customized solutions, including software customization or integration support where necessary.
