- To carry out monitoring and maintaining day to day operation and escalate reported fault/bug to developer/respective individual/team members.
- To guide staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
- To perform troubleshooting IT application systems and diagnosing and reported respectively.
- To provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- To perform trouble shooting by following diagrams and written instructions/SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) to resolve fault reported by Customer Services and Customer.
- To support the roll-out of new applications and documentations.
- To resolve reported fault/bug using programming skills.
- To deal with Customer Services/Operation Team/Finance Team/Sales Team and Software Developer Team.
