Job Description
The Technical Assistant will be responsible for supporting AUXSOL’s technical service operations, assisting solar integrators with inverter configuration, troubleshooting, and ensuring equipment operates at optimal performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to solar integrators, helping them resolve operational and configuration issues.
- Assist customers in configuring AUXSOL equipment for optimal system performance.
- Perform electronic repairs on inverter boards in the company laboratory.
- Prepare and organize replacement shipments of inverters to customers.
- Maintain technical documentation and spreadsheets related to support operations.
- Manage inventory control of spare parts and equipment.
- Request invoice issuance (NF) from the fiscal department when necessary.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure proper dispatch of replacement equipment.
