Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Diagnostic & Troubleshooting

• Perform structured diagnostic procedures on PCs, laptops, components, and electronic items.
• Use diagnostic tools, software, and hardware testers to identify faults, compatibility problems, overheating issues, and defective components.
• Provide clear, detailed technical findings for RDU, Sales, or E-Commerce teams.
• Recommend appropriate repair solutions or replacement parts based on findings.

2. Assembly, Repair, and System Configuration

• Assemble PC builds according to provided specifications, ranging from entry-level to high-end requirements.
• Replace defective components such as RAM, SSD, motherboard, PSU, fans, and peripherals.
• Conduct OS installation, BIOS configuration, driver updates, and system optimization.
• Ensure cable management, airflow, and component compatibility are properly addressed during assembly.
