Operating within a “Hybrid” Delivery environment - incorporating Agile/Scrum in addition to Waterfall - the IT Business Analyst translates business needs into actionable requirements, facilitates alignment across stakeholders, and ensures solutions are scalable, technically sound, and aligned with business strategy.
