Your Tasks

• Maintenance and development of continuous customer contact and first point of contact for professional and technical questions
• Ensuring the operational daily business in the area of technical and infrastructural building management in a larger property
• Carrying out maintenance and servicing work inside and outside the building
• Awarding, supervising and monitoring orders to internal and external service providers and suppliers while adhering to costs, deadlines and quality standards
• Performing maintenance and minor repairs as well as their complete documentation
• On-call duty readiness (first intervention)
• Ensuring a positive environment on the premises and maintaining communal areas
