Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or specialization in Steel Structures 2+ years of local Ghanaian experience in steel structure/civil construction project and document control
Proficient in quantity verification using AutoCAD and other professional softwares
Experience in ensuring compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Exposure to both office-based project planning and on-site coordination.

Serve as a technical-operational communications hub, ensuring project documentation complies with regulations and client requirements, and driving efficient field execution by the local team.
Review and maintain all project technical documentation (drawings, BOQs, specifications) to ensure alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements.
