Job Description
A Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) is responsible for end-to-end delivery of software/IT projects, ensuring alignment between technical execution, business requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
Core Responsibilities:
Project Delivery Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects (planning → deployment → support)
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Technical Oversight
- Review system architecture, design, and technical solutions
- Ensure best practices in coding, scalability, security, and performance
Team Leadership
- Manage cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, BA, DevOps)
- Assess technical capability of team members
- Provide guidance and mentorship
SDLC & Agile Execution
- Drive Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
Ensure proper execution of:
- Sprint planning
- Stand-ups
