Job Description
Summary Support development and delivery of suiting and woven product by ensuring fit, construction, and measurement consistency from sample through production. Collaborate with cross-functional and external partners to align on design intent, calendar milestones, and brand requirements. Lead and schedule fit sessions, support block pattern development, and communicate changes to achieve final fit and construction. Responsibilities Collaborate with design, product development, pattern engineering, and external partners to meet calendar milestones and brand standards. Create and maintain fit and construction images and develop measurement worksheets for factories. Follow samples through fit approvals to production to ensure fit consistency and adherence to grade rules and tolerances. Schedule and lead fit sessions, document and communicate fit and construction changes to stakeholders.
