Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- 20+ years in the upstream petroleum industry, with oil & gas field appraisal, development and production experience
- University degree in a technical area such as geosciences or engineering
- Relevant business and planning experience
- Good working knowledge of project economics
- Sound experience with host government and venture relationships
