Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Documentation Coordinator with experience in preparing and managing dry-lay and loading reports for stone and marble or related construction projects. The ideal candidate has strong technical documentation skills, excellent coordination ability, and a solid understanding of AEC workflows.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, organize, and maintain dry-lay reports and loading documentation
Coordinate with drafting, production, and project teams to gather accurate data
Ensure all reports meet project, client, and quality standards
Track revisions and maintain proper document control
Support project teams with technical documentation requirements
Requirements:
Experience handling dry-lay and loading reports (stone/marble or related works preferred)
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and document management tools
