Technical Documentation Specialist

Inbox Business Technologies is seeking a detail‑oriented Technical Documentation Specialist to develop accurate, structured, and standardized documentation for Jira Service Management and ITSM implementations. The ideal candidate will work closely with consultants, QA teams, and delivery stakeholders to ensure all configurations, workflows, and architectural decisions are clearly documented and aligned with ITSM best practices.
