JOB DESCRIPTION Collaborate regularly with different departments, such as engineering, after-sales service, product safety and legal. Analyze technical changes on vehicles that impact upcoming service information. Organize your work in accordance with the document production schedule. Structure content for efficient document creation. Prepare and assemble work packages for vendors (required procedures, drawings, specifications, etc.) Review content created by the vendors to ensure it is accurate and it meets the standards.
We are looking for a Technical Documentation Specialist who will report to the team lead of service technical information, and who’ll be tasked with preparing convenient and accurate technical information. As part of your role, you’ll make a difference for thousands of dealers and for various internal and external customers.
