Job Description
- Schedule with customer on preventive maintenance activity.
- Perform onsite preventive maintenance activity.
- Provide onsite or offsite support to customer.
- Update incident ticket in a timely manner in FSMS.
- Involved in department rotation standby rooster.
- Responsible to carry out basic installation (single technology).
- Assist in complicated installation & project that involve multiple product.
- Ensure deployment according to timeline.
