Job Description

 Lead Technical implementation work which may include:
 Provisioning new customer instances of LW software applications
 Hosting setup including access and credentialing new customer users
 Data transfers, exports and migrations
 System integrations to third party APIs and software applications
 Occasional technical troubleshooting alongside implementation teams and clients
 Implement a coordinated project plan to manage successful client implementations, conversions and other professional service engagements across the Lone Wolf platform suite
 Pre-Sales activities which may include technical specifications and defining work scope for custom and enterprise level customers
 Provide regular internal and external status updates highlighting accomplishments and risks
 Documentation of client build technical specifications
