We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead/Software Engineering Manager to lead a distributed team of 7-8 software engineers, primarily based offshore. In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery, managing deployments, and ensuring the successful execution of high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders, to align technical strategies with business goals. Additionally, you will oversee the adoption and application of the team's core technology stack, which includes Java, the Spring Framework, Vue.js, Docker, Kubernetes, and other modern tools.
