Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to guide and manage technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional POD teams to deliver high-quality solutions while driving technical excellence and innovation. The Tech Lead will act as the primary technical mentor, bridging the gap between architecture and implementation. Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Leadership: ○ Provide hands-on technical guidance to the engineering team for feature development and implementation. ○ Ensure adherence to coding standards, architectural principles, and best practices. 2.
