Responsibility
We’re looking for a Technical Lead with experiences in Python, to guide and mentor a team of software engineers, contribute hands‑on, and work closely with Product, QA, SRE, and business stakeholders.
What you’ll do
- Lead the design, architecture, and development of Python-based systems that are scalable and maintainable
- Set coding standards, review code, and champion best practices and security guidelines
- Make key technical decisions, improve system architecture, and optimize performance
- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and drive solutions
- Partner with Product, QA, SRE, and business teams to define requirements and deliver impactful software
What we’re looking for
- Strong Python expertise with experience in Django, FastAPI, Celery, or similar frameworks
