Technical Lead – SIT/UAT & Defect Resolution

The Technical Lead will provide hands-on technical leadership during SIT and UAT, ensuring rapid resolution of defects, system stability, and close alignment between development and testing teams during a critical project phase. Key Responsibilities . Act as the technical authority during SIT and UAT cycles . Analyze and resolve complex functional, integration, and data defects . Support defect root-cause analysis and provide clear technical fixes . Coordinate closely with QA, BA, and business stakeholders during triage . Ensure code quality, configuration integrity, and deployment readiness . Support UAT fixes, re-testing cycles, and release sign-offs .
