With 20 years of experience, you will provide expert advice and act as both Project Engineer and Project Manager. Your role also includes mentoring junior engineers, reinforcing FNESL's goal of high-quality execution while engaging with project stakeholders and First Nations communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer technical leadership with project sign-off
• Assess and approve designs and cost estimates
• Mentor junior engineers for technical growth
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders and First Nations
• Enhance internal standards and quality processes
