Technical Maintenance Supervisor

Looking to step into a role where you can lead, make decisions, and have real impact? Ventia is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team full-time, supporting critical Defence infrastructure based on RAAF Pearce, Bullsbrook.
In this role, you’ll lead skilled trades across planned, reactive and preventative maintenance, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You’ll also be the key link between teams, subcontractors and clients — keeping things moving and resolving issues as they arise.
