Job Description

Fan Milk PLC is looking for an experienced and results-oriented engineer to join the team as a Technical Manager. In this role, you will report directly to the Plant Director.
The position is a permanent position based in Accra.

About You

Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior management level

Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or any technical field

Good understanding of, and hands-on experience in project management, demonstrate leadership in managing cross functional stakeholders

Expertise and experience in in cold chain hands-on management

Experience in the food and beverages or dairy industry with excellent safety orientation
