• Preparation of entry and exit condition reports as well as preliminary assessments.
• Technical monitoring and ensuring the proper maintenance of the portfolio of individual units based on owners’ instructions and internal directives.
• Organisation, management and execution of maintenance, renovation and apartment conversion works.
• Planning of works, regular visits to individual units and meetings with owners.
• Inspection of properties for re-letting purposes.
• Handling telephone calls.
