Technical Manager

We are working a manufacturing client within the FMCG manufacturing sector and are strengthening plant-level technical leadership ahead of operational maturity improvements and future SAP PM integration.

They require a Technical Manager (Maintenance & Projects) to join them on an interim basis with a strong preference for permanent transition.

This role will focus on stabilising plant maintenance operations, implementing structured preventive maintenance, improving equipment reliability, and delivering site-level CapEx projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Technical Department, overseeing maintenance, facilities, and project teams

• Implement structured preventive maintenance processes to reduce reactive breakdowns
