Requirements & Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or any related field, or a
Diploma with 2 years of experience in technical operations, system administration or similar role is
required for this position.
Proficiency in product deployment, configuration, maintenance, and advanced technical support.
Proficiency with Fuel Retail Application or Point of Sales.
Strong technical knowledge and expertise in the relevant technologies and systems used in the fuel retail software industry.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
Experience in leading product deployment activities, ensuring successful installations, and configuring
software solutions for clients.
Ability to collaborate with clients to gather deployment requirements and tailor configurations to meet
specific needs.
Proficiency in troubleshooting deployment issues and providing solutions with minimal downtime.
