Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Systems Architecture & Standardization
Build, document, and maintain the Plontur Technical Playbook, SOPs, and site standards
- Develop master templates for site reporting, punchlists, audits, and technical reviews
Establish a continuous Lessons Learned loop, converting site issues into updated standards
Technical Project Ownership
Serve as the primary on-ground technical authority to ensure that the constructed deliverable aligns with the specified technical requirements
Take full accountability for technical execution, handover readiness, and quality acceptance
Resolve complex site technical issues in coordination with the Director
Quantity, Cost & Proposal Governance
Validate quantities, BOQs, and actual material usage to protect margins
