Technical Product Lead

About the role

Galderma is a global leader in dermatology, focusing on innovative skincare and therapeutic products. This position is open in Barcelona, Spain; London, United Kingdom; and Baie-D’Urfé, Canada.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the product technical strategy (formulation, process, control strategy) with the appropriate stakeholders.
• Drive key decisions across development, validation, and life cycle management.
• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams (Development, MS&T, Quality, Regulatory, Operations).
• Identify and mitigate technical, manufacturing, and supply risks.
• Lead complex root‑cause investigations and CAPA activities.
• Support regulatory submissions, inspections, and audits as a technical SME.
• Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and contribute to governance forums.
