Technical Program Lead - 127142 Description Delivery is aligned to Roadmap: Ensure effective collaboration across multiple squads and work is aligned to deliver the product roadmap and achieve outcomes. Ensure all work is transparent and well managed. Provide an escalation point when and where necessary, to facilitate effective delivery as well as removing impediments for the team. Build, manage and execute Quarterly Plan Resource Engagement and Procurement: Ensure all required people (technology and business) in product and platform teams are engaged and procured in line with stakeholder expectations and Bupa processes, maintaining a proactive approach to resource management.
