Job Description
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the Region Services organisation in delivering large-scale programs for some of the most mission critical clouds. The TPM will lead cross-functional and technical teams through design, detailed requirements, build, testing, assurance and deployment. They will use judgment, negotiation skills, analytical talent, technical aptitude, and leadership to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders, deliver program roadmaps and strategies, eliminate non-value-add activity, design solutions, remove blockers, and find creative ways to accelerate project delivery.
The ideal candidate will be an exceptionally strong communicator, both written and verbally, and be a positive influencer across teams to meet program goals. They are able to handle business escalations with a data-driven approach to build trust with senior business and technical leaders.
