Program Context: Bank compensation modernization program moving logic + data stitching upstream into an enterprise-owned Payments Data Platform to reduce dependency on Varicent’s rigid/expensive data model.
Role Summary
Serve as the single accountable technical leader for the Bank program to modernize and streamline compensation data processes across NA and Europe.
