Talascend is currently seeking a Technical Program Manager for an opportunity in Foster City, CA.

OVERVIEW:
The Technical Program Manager is responsible for leading planning, execution and tracking of cross-domain functions including but not limited to issue management, change management, planning and execution tracking. This role involves identifying process improvements and driving them to completion and the design and implementation of tooling changes to support or improve cross-domain processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and implement comprehensive process frameworks across multiple domains, establishing standards and best practices that support organizational objectives.

Design, implement, and maintain robust issue management systems, ensuring effective tracking, resolution, and reporting of cross-functional challenges.
