Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or equivalent technical field). 5+ years of experience in technical program management, product management, or a related role within the computing hardware, server, data center, or thermal management industries. Proven track record of managing complex hardware programs from design conception through high-volume manufacturing (HVM) in an OEM/ODM environment. Direct experience working with or for major hyperscale/cloud customers (e.g., NVIDIA, Google, Amazon, Microsoft, etc.) is highly preferred, with a strong emphasis on thermal/server products. In-depth technical understanding of thermal management for high-density computing, including air cooling and server-level liquid cooling systems.
