Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team and lead our product development initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with the Product Managers to ensure our customers are achieving their desired outcomes and high levels of product adoption. You will collaborate with Product Management, Technical Support, and Product Development teams. 
Key Responsibilities: 
Program Leadership 
Own end-to-end delivery of complex AI and SaaS initiatives across multiple squads 
Define program scope, success metrics, and execution plans in collaboration with PMs and engineering leads 
Drive agile rituals (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure milestone alignment 
Cross-Functional Collaboration 
Partner with Product Managers to translate roadmap into executable stories 
Align engineering, data science, and DevOps teams around delivery goals
