Technical Program Manager

Lead Technical Program Manager to drive delivery of complex, high-impact programs that advance eCommerce products and platform strategy.

As a Lead TPM, you will operate as a single-threaded owner for large initiatives, managing multiple projects and programs end to end. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and senior leadership to translate strategy into execution, balance business priorities with technical constraints, and deliver outcomes with quality, predictability, and scale.

This role is designed for expert TPMs who thrive in ambiguity, think at system scale, and consistently deliver results with strong judgment, technical depth, and execution discipline.

Hybrid work in any of the Infosys offices in Mexico: Monterrey, Mexico City, Guadalajara. English communication mandatory.
