What This Person MUST Be
Technical TPM (not a Scrum Master) Able to read Python code during issue triage Holds GCP professional-level certification Understands LLM agents (prompts, tools, orchestration) Has led enterprise-scale engineering programs Experienced in issue triage and root cause ownership Strong cross-functional alignment skills Has scaled teams/programs (8 → 24+ type growth) Comfortable in high-intensity delivery environments Bridges field engineering and core product teams
