Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for technical roles. Responsibilities include conducting technical role assessments, collaborating with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles, maintaining a talent pipeline, scheduling interviews, and providing a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Proficiency in Technical Recruiting and Hiring for technical positions
• Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects effectively
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus
