Technical Recruiter (Mid–Senior Level)

We are looking for a hands-on, high-ownership Technical Recruiter with 4+ years of

experience managing end-to-end hiring for technical roles in fast-paced environments.

This is not a coordination role.

This is a builder role.

You will take full ownership of hiring outcomes — from sourcing to closing — while actively

using Levit8’s own AI-powered recruitment platform to accelerate and improve hiring

decisions. You should be comfortable recruiting for emerging technologies, learning new roles

quickly, and working independently with minimal supervision.
