Millenilink is hiring an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our growing team in either Downtown Toronto or Calgary. This role is a key part of our mission to help clients build stronger, more innovative teams by connecting them with exceptional technical talent.
This is not an HR role . It is a commercial, fast-moving, relationship-driven recruitment role that blends elements of inside sales, consulting, talent advisory, and candidate representation. Consistent activity, speed, relationship-building, and meeting placement expectations are central to success.
Our Technical Recruiters combine high-activity (calls, coffees, lunches) with a consultative, relationship-first approach.
