We are expanding our recruitment team and looking for Technical Recruiters with hands-on US Staffing experience to work onsite in Noida.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for US positions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, and databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and internal teams
- Manage offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding support
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in ATS
- Meet hiring targets and turnaround time (TAT) requirements
