We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced on-site Technical Recruiter for ENC (ElDorado National of California), a Rivaz company located in Riverside CA, to support full-cycle recruiting initiatives across multiple departments, with a primary focus on engineering and technical functions, while also supporting additional departments as needed. This role plays a critical part in attracting, identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent to support ENC’s mission for designing and manufacturing industry-leading transportation solutions. It directly supports production readiness and innovation timelines by ensuring critical technical roles are filled with speed, quality, and long-term retention in mind.
