You’ll help shape the future of our engineering teams, identify world‑class talent across frontier tech domains, and design candidate journeys that are fast, rigorous, and deeply aligned to our values.
This role is based full‑time in our Vancouver, BC office.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own full‑cycle recruiting for technical roles across LayerZero: sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing
- Partner directly with hiring managers and engineers to define role profiles, build pipelines, and calibrate signal
- Craft bespoke outbound strategies tailored to high‑caliber candidates (think Principal Engineers, Compiler Experts, Core Infra Builders)
