Roles & Responsibilities:
Partner with the Sales Operations Manager and sales team to identify reporting needs and ensure data accuracy and completeness. Design and develop insightful dashboards in Thoughtspot & Salesforce that effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and insights to various stakeholders. Develop and maintain comprehensive reports in Salesforce, including: Sales performance reports (e.g., pipeline, quota attainment, win/loss analysis)Activity reports Customer & Market segmentation reports Competitive analysis reports Use data analysis (including SQL) to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for improvement. Communicate key findings and insights to the Sales Operations Manager, sales team, and other stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable format.
