Job Description
The Technical Sales Manager will supervise all the activities in the technical office and pilot line. He/She coordinates Sales, Design and Pilot line teams and at the same time the role maintains relationships with key customers, ensuring that the products meet their needs, negotiating contracts and implement the technical solution.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate the team of mechanical designers and pilot line
Support in reviewing the budget
Coordinate the development plan for contract projects for embossing rolls
Interface with customers
Collaborate with the R&D team for developing new embossing rolls
Propose creative and competitive product development solutions to the Development team
Study and develop new methodologies in order to improve embossing rolls
