Overall production support ownership of New Product Implementation as well as existing product familiesCombining Caterpillar Technical information with OEM process and procedures in order to create clear and concise best practice production support documentationCo-ordinate with Product Groups to validate technical specification and shop floor practices to ensure final production meets the appropriate final product requirementsProducing or arranging for illustration purposes, drawings and photographs included in the documentationMaintaining the accuracy and consistency of all technical documentation, via Document Change Requests (DCRs)Work with Product Groups to implement and roll out Technical Updates; i.e.: Service LetterManaging the document development, updating and reviewing processes to ensure timely completionSupport continuous improvement initiatives and other projects in the int...
