About The Role
Reporting to the Senior Director of National Technical Services, the Regional Technical Services Manager plays a critical role in elevating the performance, safety, and reliability of BGO’s property portfolio. The primary function is to provide technical expertise and advanced compliance in building operations integrity, environmental health & safety, regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational excellence, by promoting proactive maintenance, innovative technologies and data-driven performance management. Partnering closely with Asset Management, Property Management, Sustainability, and Construction Services to protect and enhance asset value, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage technical and environmental risk across the portfolio.
