Technical Solar Advisor
About the Role
We are seeking a technically strong and customer-focused Technical Solar Advisor to provide product support and guidance across solar systems, inverters, batteries and installation components. This role will support customers and internal teams with technical advice, troubleshooting and compliance knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support on solar panels including Aiko, REC, Jinko and Trina
- Advise on solar system configuration, including the difference between premium and budget solutions
- Support customers with grid-tied and hybrid battery inverters (e.g. Fronius, Goodwe, Sungrow, SolarEdge, Sigenergy)
- Demonstrate knowledge of solar mounting systems for tile, tin and tilt roofs (Powerwave, Clenergy, Schletter)
