Technical Sup/ Installer

• Install and activate internet services in townhouse units
• Run and secure network cables within townhouse structures
• Install modems, routers, ONTs, and related equipment
• Test internet speed, signal strength, and connection stability
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic connectivity issues
• Ensure neat and safe cable management inside and outside the unit
• Coordinate with project heads, team leaders, and technical support
• Explain basic internet usage and equipment handling to clients
• Complete installation reports and job orders accurately
