Key Responsibilities
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
2-4 years of work experience in software industry and application support experience.Degree in Information Technology; Computer Science, EngineeringSound knowledge on Billing and Rating.Good knowledge of Telecommunication environment and customer services procedures.Telecom billing experience with strong SQL /Unix knowledgeExperience in at least one scripting language, such as Shell/PowerShell/Python/Perl Subject matter expert in an area of operation support, billing system, provisioning, and other technical areas e.g., Oracle database, RedHat, Linux or Unix OS, etc.
