Hiring: Floor Support Engineer
Location: Hyderabad (Diva Branch)
We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Floor Support Engineer to manage and support end-user IT infrastructure at the client location. If you have hands-on experience in desktop support, infrastructure troubleshooting, and user coordination, we’d love to connect with you!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-user support for IT infrastructure, applications, and network-related issues
Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems at the client office
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft O365 & Outlook
Provide support for Microsoft Windows (Windows 10/11) and user-level application support
OS installation and configuration (Windows 11)
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
Local & network printer installation and configuration
Internet & LAN configuration and troubleshooting
Perform software updates, patch installation, and troublesh...
