Technical Support

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repairs of large format printers and machines
• Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance
• Provide training and technical support to customers on proper machine usage and troubleshooting
• Maintain detailed service reports and communicate findings to the support team

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in servicing large format printers, plotters, or industrial machines (preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in hardware and software-related issues
• Willingness to travel and work on-site for customer support and repairs
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
